Withdrawing a Student from Eaton Rapids Public Schools

We are sorry to learn your family is withdrawing from Eaton Rapids Public Schools.  To better facilitate the withdrawal and keep our records accurate, Eaton Rapids Public Schools requires the Legal Parent/Guardian or Student (age 18 or older ONLY) take a moment to fill out the district withdrawal form.  You will find more information included on the form.
