Eaton Rapids Public Schools prioritizes both the academic success and the comprehensive well-being of every student. Our district provides exceptional educational pathways across all levels, from the Great Start Readiness Preschool to specialized Early Middle College opportunities via ERESA.

We are dedicated to the growth of all learners and take great pride in serving our community's children. Our students benefit from a vigorous, research-driven curriculum that meets State Standards, implemented by a highly trained and committed faculty. Furthermore, our modern facilities are equipped with the latest technology, including interactive whiteboards that enhance classroom instruction—a direct result of the community's support for the Technology and Facilities Bond.

  • GIS offers students a chance to explore their fine arts abilities infused with academics through the Arts Integration program.  GIS is home to both tradional and Montessori classrooms in 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Grades.  All of our students receive art, music, P.E., Health and STEM specials througout the year. 

  • Lockwood Elementary offers offers the opportunity to invest in the foundational years for our youngest students.  Our wonderful staff work with our DK-1st grade students helping them transition from learning to play, to playing to learn, and finally, to decoding the world around them. In addition,  students receive Art, Music, P.E., and Health specials througout the year. LW is also home to our very youngest students, those in the Great Start Readiness Program and Early Childhood Special Ed.
