School Age Care
Eaton Rapids School's Out Program is located at 912 Greyhound Dr.
(Formerly Greyhound Central Elementary)
Morning Care (6:30 am - 8:35 am)
No drop offs are allowed before 6:30 am.
At 8:35 am Children are put on their bus to go to their appropriate school.
Afternoon Care (3:40 pm - 6:00 pm)
At 3:40 pm Children will get off the bus around 4:00 pm. They will be checked in and also have the opportunity to eat a snack they bring.
4:00 - 6:00 The children will have time in the gym, quiet time for homework or reading minutes, and outside time if the weather permits.
Pick up is by 6:00 pm. A late fee will be charged if children are left past this time.
Please make sure to talk with Sarah Bytwerk, BEFORE submitting paperwork. We only have limited openings in the morning. (In the afternoons, there are more spaces.)
Your child is not fully registered until all paperwork has been turned in AND payment has been made.
Monthly Rates for ERPS School Age Before & After Care
*Rates are based upon 180 days of school and divided into 9 equal payments
- 5 Days a week per month (AM or PM) = $160
- 4 Days a week per month (AM or PM) = $128
- 3 Days a week per month (AM or PM) = $96
- 2 Days a week per month (AM or PM) = $64
FEES
- EARLY RELEASE DAY $5 (if enrolled in after-care) and $10 (if enrolled in before-care only)
- NO SCHOOL DAY $36
- MATERIALS FEE $30 per child a year (due at enrollment)
- LATE PICK UP FEE $2.00 per child for every minute past closing time.
- LATE PAYMENT FEE $10 after due date
- Returned Check FEE $25
